Reading the tide tables: Remember that you ALWAYS start the day with the tide that has the 24 hr clock time with the lowest number of hours for that calendar day. Write down the times given across the DATE LINE starting with this tide from the High or Low column which has the LOWEST number (that will be the first tide on that day) and arrange the other tide times on the date line to end with the HIGHEST number of hours (this will be the last tide of that day). The heading at the top of the column showing whether the tide is High or Low does not change. Download: Jan__Feb_2012.pdf
